Not all Greenville Wedding Videographers are the same

A misconseption that many have about wedding videographers is that they are all the same. No matter if you have a professional do it or if you get Uncle Ed that has a awesome video camera and a tripod to do it the end product isn’t going to be that much different? IS IT???

YES… THERE WILL BE A MAJOR DIFFERENCE!!!!!

A truly professional Greenville wedding videographers video will differ greatly from anything Uncle Ed. an amatuer, or even seasoned veteran videographers can produce.

In Wedding photography it is widely known that there is a large difference between high quality wedding photographs and something that a lower priced Greenville photographer can provide. That same difference exists with wedding videography and in fact since you are combining many art forms (filming, editiing, audio) into one product, the differences that exist with photographers can actually be a MUCH wider gap with the products offered by Greenville Videographers.

What makes Absolute Productions and Media different from everyone else?
Many things actually.
#1. We are a two “man” team. Actually its a husband and wife team. We do ALL of the filming for every Greenville wedding that we cover and all of our packages include the two of us at minimum. Some packages dictate we hire in additional videographers. If this is the case we have a very limited selection of videographers that have worked with us and that we trust so we make sure to know the quality of the person assisting with the filming.
#2. Artistic footage capturing. We constantly pusue footage capturing techinques that are extremely high quality. Some of the “moving” pictures that we get are just as artistic if not moreso than a still photo from Greenvilles best wedding photographer.
#3. Coverage. We have spoken to many videographers in the area about what is considered standard for the amount of film that is captured by the end of a Greenville Wedding. We have heard on average that 2 - 4 hours of film is natural. Nationally that average moves up a little bit to 5 - 6 hours per event based on the research we have done. So, how much footage, do we end up with. On average we end up with 7 - 8 hours worth of video footage. We have had a maximum of 18 hours worth of footage. This is a ton, YES, but we have found that having more in the end is better. Not every second of footage is a keeper. By having an excess of footage to go through we can pick and choose every awesome and emotional shot to produce your wedding movie masterpiece!!!
#4. Audio. If high quality audio does not exist in your video then it more than likely will be bad and not hold any kind of long term emotional value. Not only do we have equipment that allow us to cature extreme quality audio from multiple sources but we also seek out family and friends at the wedding in hopes of capturing additional voice overs that we can use to enhance the movie with.
#5. Editing. Our editing team spends on average 80 hour per wedding and some of our more complex weddings have had over 200 hour invested in just the editing portion.

After seeing these differences I think you will agree that NOT ALL Greenville WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHERS are the same!! :-)
